During your first session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current routines, any symptoms you are having, and current goals you want to work towards. Your dietitian will ask questions to better understand your lifestyle and current needs so we can create a personalized plan that’s realistic and sustainable.

Yes! At this time, we are only seeing new clients through virtual appointments.
We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, Practice Better, to protect your privacy and keep your personal information safe.
How often we meet depends on your goals, progress, and how ready you feel to make changes. Your dietitian will recommend a session schedule that works best for you—this could be weekly, every other week, or once a month. We’ll check in and adjust the plan as needed during each session.
We are considered an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly.
However, upon request, we can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt of our services—that you can send to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for part or all of the cost.
